Hi there! I'm Spencer. I was born and educated in The South before moving to Los Angeles to work in consumer marketing. Experiential marketing has always fascinated me, and in April 2015 I began freelancing as an event producer. Let's just say I haven't looked back since. I've been able to work for brands such as Absolut, Delta, FILA, Rabobank, Peloton, Hulu, Fullscreen, and many on-site support roles in-between.

My leadership style involves motivating my team through positive reinforcement and ensuring proactive communication with all parties. We all have something to learn from one another, and I practice being first to admit a mistake. Production for me means inspiring people to be their absolute best. If you can do that, the rest will fall into place.
